Hormone Tests and Panels

Saliva Hormone Tests:

Flexi Matrix Profile

This panel allow you to customize a profile specific to your hormonal health concerns and test up to 20 hormones at one time.

Female Hormone Profile

This panel uses 11 saliva specimens collected during specified time periods throughout the menstrual cycle and provides a dynamic mapping of the free fraction levels of Estradiol (E2) and Progesterone (P) throughout one cycle. In addition, Testosterone (T) and DHEA are measured.

The expanded Female Hormone Panel™ (eFHP™) includes follicular stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) measurements. This test is the gold standard for identifying potential issues with fertility and pinpoint precisely what the hormonal concern is linked to the cycle.

Post Menopause Panel

The Postmenopause Panel™ provides measurements of six key hormones:

  1. Estrone (E1)               4. Progesterone (P)
  2. Estradiol (E2)             5. Testosterone (T)
  3. Estriol (E3)                 6. DHEA, DHEA-S (pooled)

Perimenopause Panel

The Perimenopause Panel™ contains the same components as the Postmenopause Panel™ but sampled twice, 13-15 days apart.

Male Hormone Profile

The hormones involved in this restoration can be collectively measured in one salivary sample using the

regular or expanded Male Hormone Panels™ (MHP™ and eMHP™).

1. DHEA

2. Testosterone (T)

3. Dihydrotestosterone

4. Progesterone

5. Estrone (E1)

6. Estradiol

Adrenal Stress Index

The adrenal glands secrete stress hormone cortisol according to circadian rhythm, with the highest value in the morning and the lowest value at night when functioning properly. This panel is the gold standard for adrenal assessment and it allows you to measure cortisol release 4 times during the day to have a better understanding of what is happening with respect to this rhythm. It also includes DHEA.

Dried Urine Hormone Testing:

Combines the depth and breadth of 24-hour urine testing with the time-specific advantages of saliva testing. Tests hormones metabolites, offering cortisol and cortisone throughout the day (circadian rhythm) while also testing 2-methoxyestradiol, Progesterone, Testosterone, and Estrogen. Available Profiles include: Estrogen, Sex Hormones, Adrenal, Complete, and Complete PLUS.

Metabolomic Profiles

This blood collection test creates a profile to assess the likelihood of Metabolic syndrome in at-risk patients. Metabolic syndrome is related to atherosclerosis, type II diabetes and heart failure. Early detection of this disease allows for possible diet and lifestyle changes that may prevent the development of symptoms or complications. This profile also includes Leptin to Adiponection ratio which is a sensitive indicator for a variety of health conditions.
