Urine Test

Urine Toxic Metals/Essentials Elements

Toxic metals may affect every organ system in the body and disrupt the balance of nutrients. Analysis of the levels of toxic metals in urine after the administration of chelating agents (EDTA, DMSA, DMPS) is used to evaluate the accumulation of these metals. Two chelating agents (EDTA and DMPS) are introduced intravenously and DMSA - orally prior to urine collection.

Serotonin-Dopamine Neurotransmitter Rebalancing

Serotonin and dopamine levels throughout the body are primarily controlled by the Organic Cation Transporters Type 2 (OCT-2) which move these neurotransmitters and their amino acid precursors in and out of cells (including nerve cells known as neurons). By optimizing the movement of monoamine neurotransmitters such as serotonin and dopamine at the neural synapse, normal function can be restored.

The Organix® Comprehensive Plus Profile

This is the gold standard as part of our Lifestyle Maintenance program to determine functional deficiencies in the body. This test provides insights into the nutritional status of the body, gut health, detoxification capacity and looks into the cellular metabolic processes. Identifying nutritional deficiencies that can be easily corrected allows us to create customized program that leads to improved health outcomes.

Urine Iodine Test

Iodine/Iodide is an essential element that is crucial for normal function of the thyroid gland and healthy breast tissue. This test helps to assess urinary iodide excretion.
